Panel Anchorbase

Terms of engagement

These terms apply when you commission Panel Anchorbase (“we”, “us”) to draw planning panels, rewrite a board pack, produce a lock-up wall, prepare a client advisory board, or run a partner briefing session. By sending a briefing, paying a deposit, or signing an engagement letter, you accept them. If an engagement letter conflicts with this page, the letter prevails for that commission.

The work

We arrange and draw visual panels from figures you supply. We do not provide audit, assurance, bookkeeping, tax computation, or regulated financial advice. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the underlying numbers and for any use of the panels in partner, bank, or client meetings.

Engagement letter and deposit

A commission starts when both sides have a written scope (panel list and source map, or session date) and the deposit stated in the letter is received. Until then, notes and sample pages are illustrative only.

Your materials

You warrant that you may share the ledgers, packs, and client files you send, and that sharing them does not breach a client engagement or a confidentiality duty. We may refuse files that are not cleared.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered panels inside your practice and, for client boards, with the named clients covered by the commission. We retain copyright in our templates, annotation keys, and methods. You may not resell the templates as a product or put our name on a pack we did not sign off. We may describe the commission in general terms without naming the practice, unless you ask us in writing not to.

Liability

Our liability for a commission is limited to the fees paid for that commission, except where the law of the United Kingdom does not allow a limit (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). We are not liable for decisions taken in meetings, for bank or client reactions, or for loss arising from figures that were wrong in the source files.

Third parties

Printers, couriers, video meeting hosts, and your own accounts production software are outside our control. Large-format print is a contract between you and the printer.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and the courts of the United Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that apply if you commission us as an individual acting outside a trade.
