Price follows the panel count, the figures, and whether we sit in the room
We do not sell a monthly seat. A commission is quoted after a briefing, against a panel list and a source map. The figures below are starting points so a managing partner can see whether a conversation is worth having. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate.
Planning dashboard commission
Four panels mapped to your exports, two review rounds, print and screen files, walkthrough. Extra panels quoted after the source map.

Board pack visual rewrite
Critique of the current pack, redrawn front panels, appendix map, one session with the compiler.

Lock-up and cash wall
Agreed lock-up formula, wall panel up to A1, A3 huddle sheet. Large-format print is billed by your printer.

Practice template plus two proving boards and a facilitator note. Further named clients quoted separately.

Half-day with up to eight partners, pack prepared in advance. Travel from Dallas, IV36, at cost.

What moves a quote
More than eight panels. A pack that still has no reliable WIP. Two offices with different charts of accounts. A request to attend the bank or the client meeting (we usually decline; the walkthrough is with your team). On-site briefing outside Scotland and the north of England.
How we bill
An engagement letter follows the briefing. A 40% deposit is due on signature. The balance is due on handover of the final files. Partner sessions are billed in full seven days before the date, with travel on actuals after the visit.
What we will not quote as a fixed line
Bookkeeping, software licences, or a promise that figures will refresh themselves. If you need those, they belong with your accountant and your existing accounts production file.
