Privacy notice
This notice explains how Panel Anchorbase uses personal information when you request a briefing, commission a planning dashboard, or visit this site. It should be read with the cookie notice.
Data controller
Panel Anchorbase, 91 West Lane, Dallas, IV36 3UJ, United Kingdom, is the controller. Email hello@panel-anchorbase.click. Telephone 07817836196.
What we collect
From the briefing form: name, email, commission of interest, optional meeting date, and the note you write. From email and telephone: whatever you choose to send, which may include practice names and, if you attach files, names that appear in ledgers or packs. From the site: technical logs such as IP address and browser type held by the host for security, and optional analytics cookies only if you accept them.
Why we use it
To reply to briefings, to perform a commission, to issue engagement letters and invoices, to keep records required for tax, and — if you have accepted analytics cookies — to understand which pages are read. The legal bases are steps prior to a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running a small studio, legal obligation for accounting records, and consent for optional cookies.
Retention
Briefing notes that do not become a commission are kept for twelve months. Source files for a live commission are kept for the engagement and for thirty days after handover, then deleted unless the engagement letter sets a longer archive (for example, if a later review round is booked). Invoices and contracts are kept for six years after the end of the tax year to which they relate.
Who we share with
We do not sell lists. We share information with the email and hosting providers that carry this site, with an accountant or bookkeeper who processes our own studio accounts, and with a printer or courier when you have asked us to ship a proof. If a legal duty requires disclosure, we comply.
International transfers
Some hosts and email providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where that happens, we use providers that offer an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or contractual clauses.
Your rights
You may ask for a copy of your information, correction, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise rights, write to hello@panel-anchorbase.click.

This site is for practices and advisory teams. We do not knowingly collect information about children.
