We recut an existing partner or client board pack so the first three pages carry the argument, and the rest is appendix.

Practices whose board pack has grown by accretion — extra tabs, extra graphs, extra colour — until the managing partner reads only the cover email.

A rewritten pack with a short front set of panels and a clearly marked appendix of the schedules people still want ‘just in case’.
Scope
Audit of the current pack, a proposed page order, redraw of the front panels, and a one-hour working session with the person who compiles it each month.

- Written critique of the current pack (what is read, what is skipped)
- Redrawn front panels using your existing figures
- Appendix map so nothing is silently dropped
- One working session with the compiler
Not included
- Rewriting the narrative letter from the FD unless separately agreed
- Changing the chart of accounts

- Order. Front panels first; supporting schedules behind a tab.
- Redraw. Same numbers, quieter drawing.
